Federico Marengo is a senior data protection consultant at White Label Consultancy and he has previously worked for other data protection consulting companies supporting the implementation of privacy programs in organisations. He specialises in the legal and privacy challenges that AI poses to the rights of data subjects and how companies can comply with data protection regulations and use AI systems responsibly. 

He is a lawyer, LLM (University of Manchester), and PhD (Università Bocconi, Milano). 

He is the author of “Data Protection Law in Charts. A Visual Guide to the General Data Protection Regulation“ (2021) and "Privacy and AI" (forthcoming, 2023).
