Lucy is an experienced privacy lawyer based in the Dubai office of Latham & Watkins, focusing on European and Middle East privacy matters.
Lucy has several years of experience advising on international privacy matters, notably on the GDPR, and on existing and upcoming Middle East privacy laws. She has advised a broad range of clients from startups to technology giants on a wide range of privacy matters, including in relation to large scale compliance transformation projects, privacy considerations for launching new products and services, M&A transactions, regulatory investigations, the privacy risks of new technologies, data processing agreements, international data transfers, data protection impact assessments, and direct marketing. Prior to joining Latham & Watkins, Lucy trained and qualified at PwC in London
