Currently, Regional Head of Compliance (MNC in the Automotive industry) with a focus on Culture, Education and Communications.

Founding Board member and Director of the Middle East and Africa Compliance Association (MEACA), a non-profit organization dedicated to elevating the ethics and compliance culture in the MEA region, Chair of Women in MEACA Committee, the first safe space dedicated for women in GRC across the MEA region to learn, network and exchange. Also leading the Mentoring scheme, fruit of the partnership between MEACA and the Middlesex University in Dubai, which brings the best pool of MEACA experts closer to the Middlesex University students.

My interests go beyond Law and Compliance, as I am today a Tech entrepreneur, an ICF accredited Executive Coach and a DE&I advocate. I was honoured to receive the Global Women Leaderships Award 2024, under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Sultan Bin Saqr Al Qasimi under the category “Most Inspiring DEI Ambassador”.
